Romania leftists ask parliament to oust PM, graft in spotlight

Romania’s ruling Social Democrat Party (PSD), which is swirling in corruption cases, filed a no-confidence motion in the parliament on Sunday against its own prime minister, Sorin Grindeanu, Reuters reports. It is believed PSD is trying to oust Grindeanu because he failed to follow through on relaxing Romania’s anti-corruption laws.
