Nemtsov family dismisses verdict as five found guilty of murder

A Moscow jury found five Chechens guilty of murdering Russian opposition leader Boris Nemtsov. Zaur Dadayev, a former Chechen security forces officer was found guilty of shooting Nemtsov six times, while the four other men were found guilty of involvement in the killing. Nemtsov’s family dismissed the verdict, saying neither the organizers of the murder, nor whoever ordered the killing has been found, The Guardian reports. The family has repeatedly called for Chechen strongman and Putin ally, Ramzan Kadyrov, to face questioning over the killing.
