French journalist back home after being detained 51 days in Turkey

Turkish authorities released a French freelance journalist after holding him in jail for 51 days on charges of aiding a terror group, AP reports. Loup Bureau, 27, was arrested in southeastern Turkey in July while reporting on Kurds living near the Iraqi border. Ankara freed Bureau on Friday following a meeting between Erdogan and French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian.
