‘Liquidate’ terrorists after St. Petersburg bombing, Putin orders

Following the bombing in the St. Petersburg supermarket, which injured 13 people, Putin ordered Russian security services to kill all terrorists who threaten the lives of security officers, The Moscow Times reports. The suspect in Wednesday’s bombing has yet to be caught. He was reportedly captured on surveillance film leaving a backpack that later detonated at the coat check inside the market.
