Saakashvili arrested in Kiev, deported to Poland

Masked men grabbed former Georgian president and Ukrainian opposition leader, Mikheil Saakashvili, and dragged him out of a downtown Kiev restaurant on Monday. Saakashvili was then deported to Poland, the Kyiv Post reports. Saakashvili’s deportation came after he lost a series of court ruling in his citizenship battle that emerged from a falling out with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
