UK to expel 23 Russian diplomats over spy poisoning

After Moscow refused to explain how a Russian-made nerve agent was used to poison former Russian spy Sergei Skripal, British PM Theresa May announced the UK will expel 23 Russian diplomats, the BBC reports. London has identified the diplomats as “undeclared intelligence officers.” May also revoked an invitation to Russian FM Sergei Lavrov and said the Royal Family would not attend the World Cup, which will be held later this year in Russia.
