Two more Russian pilots killed in military helicopter crash over Syria

Less than a week after two Russian pilots died in a fighter jet crash off the Syrian coast, two pilots of a Russian Ka-52 military attack helicopter died in a crash in eastern Syria late on Monday, The Moscow Times reports. Moscow claims the latest crash may have been caused by a technical malfunction. Now, according to official figures, Russia has lost seven planes and six helicopters since launching its military operation in Syria in September 2015.
