Russian ruble slides to two-year low

The Russian ruble fell to more than 70 the dollar Monday, the first time it had hit that mark since March 2016, The Moscow Times reports. Thus far in 2018, the ruble has declined in value by 19 percent. The ruble remains under pressure due to concerns about U.S. sanctions, and its decline is causing inflation to again rise in Russia.
