Turkey says missing journalist was murdered in Saudi consulate

A Turkish official told the BBC that the initial investigation into the disappearance of Saudi journalist and Washington Post columnist, Jamal Khashoggi, indicates he was murdered in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul. Khashoggi, a high-profile critic of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, went missing after visiting the Saudi consulate on Tuesday. A rift between Ankara and Riyadh now appears to be worsening.
