Crimean college shooting: What we know so far

The Moscow Times reports that, as of Thursday afternoon, 21 people have died and dozens more were injured in the attack on a vocational training college in the Crimean city of Kerch on Wednesday. Russia’s National Guard says an explosive device was detonated during the attack and many of the victims were teenage students who suffered shrapnel and bullet wounds. The shooter has been identified as eighteen-year-old Vladislav Roslyakov, who was found dead after reportedly shooting himself. Roslyakov was a student at the technical college. The exact motive for the attack remains unclear.
